About Hira
Hira (they/them/she) is a non-binary artist and musician who has been tattooing for over 12 years. Originally from Italy, they started tattooing in Milan before coming to NYC in 2014 to play guitar for a well-known Brooklyn band. Outside of tattooing, Hira loves hanging with their dogs, photography, making music, philosophy and mysticism. They specialize in black work including illustrative and dot work, and enjoy taking inspiration from nature’s propensity to be both beautiful and violent.
Hira loves to work with clients on large scale projects, and focuses on working with clients to create designs that work with the unique flow of their body.
They are currently based in NYC but will be traveling to and relocating to the west coast (LA) in the near future so will be accepting bookings in both locations.
