Choon (she/her) has been drawing her whole life. While she’s had experience in many mediums, the most fond is the pencil. However, most recently, Choon transitioned into tattooing from graphic design to pursue a tactile art. She began her exploration with hand poke (non-electric tattooing) and now pursues machine tattooing full-time.
She enjoys full body/large scale freehand line work, botanical imagery, and works primarily in black and grey. Her work includes fine line techniques with both realistic and illustrative influences. Choon’s primary objective when designing a tattoo is the placement—with this in mind, she works with each individual’s unique body to create a flow in the creation of permanent art.
When she’s not tattooing, you can find Choon outdoors, traveling, or climbing something.
